My wife and I have lived in many countries around the world. Selecting an apartment is a very important decision. We have been renting from Kiev Real Estate Recovery Fund K.F since June 2017 and our experience has been highly positive.
Our apartment is a rarity in Kyiv – sleek, modern, well designed, with new appliances and maximum use of space. The building is safe and quiet, despite being in the heart of the city, and close to public transportation. Paying rent every month through a wire transfer is much more convenient than cash which many landlords in Kiev insist upon. Is it the ideal renting situation for us.
Even prior to moving in, the Kiev Real Estate Recovery Fund K.F team was very helpful in getting the apartment ready for us– adding requested furniture, setting up cable and Internet, recommending a cleaner, etc. After we settled in, the team reached out to us regularly to ask if we had had questions or needed anything. When we did, team members always responded very quickly.
