Ukraine Capital Investment, Wages & GDP Up In 2018

3 Massive new data points:

🔵Capital investment in Ukraine’s economy grew by 37% in the first half of this year.

🔵Real, post inflation wages have grown by 11.8% this year. Minimum wages are up by 16.3% in real terms.

🔵Ukraine’s gross domestic product will exceed pre-crisis level in 2021. To some degree, this is comparing two different Ukraines. In 2014, Russia’s actions amputated Ukraine’s industrial heartland and consequently lost about 20% of its GDP.

Now we just wait for the return of mortgage lending … and then we see what happens to RE values.
